What we need to know.

When you leave your dog with us, in order for us to make their stay as comfortable as possible we need to know:

• If your dog is on medication and how the medication is administered.
• How often your dog is fed and what it is fed.
• If your dog has any “special” needs.
• If you have changed your plans and your dog will need to stay for a longer or shorter period of time.
